- Orders for "Ready to Ship" pieces will be processed within 3 working days.
- Orders for "Made to Order" pieces will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- I aim to send items to the London Assay Office for Hallmarking on the first and third Tuesday of the month. I Hallmark using the "early hall" express service, however, postal times extend this so the Hallmarking process in all takes up to a week per consignment. If your "Made to order" piece therefore requires Hallmarking, up to 3 weeks extra processing time may be required, but is rarely necessary. I will keep you updated on the process at all times.

Let customers speak for us
Once again, delighted with my purchases. I get so many compliments on my jewellery that South Coast has also become my go-to for special gifts, which are always very well received. The items are always presented beautifully, and the quality is outstanding. Shelley stops at nothing to ensure her customers are happy, with little updates along the way. Thank you Shelley!
Absolutely delighted with my mixed silver and gold infinity charms. I couldn't choose which texture, so I treated myself to one of each... I'm so glad I did, because they look gorgeous together. Shelley was fabulous as always in her communications, advising on options for weights/measurements and hallmarking. She kept me updated throughout. It's such a special treat having something made especially for you, especially when the quality is so high. This was my latest purchase of many from Shelley, and I look forward to more in the future!
Lovely necklace thanks :-). Really finished off the pendant. Great help and communication too. Thanks so much.
What absolutely beautiful little charms. Substantial and solid despite their small size, and designed to last. I am a real magpie when it comes to jewellery, and my purchases from Shelley never disappoint! Top notch customer service as always too - Shelley goes above and beyond to keep her customers happy and informed. Thanks so much for another perfect purchase!
Bought for my goddaughters birthday and she loved it
The ring is absolutely perfect - the size, the quality, and it's holding up really well being worn during my hands-on job too. It was sent out to me in great time and was clearly given personal care when made and posted to me. South Coast Jewellery did a fantastic job!
